MZS Consulting

The principal of MZS Consulting, Michelle Steinhart, has a wide portfolio of experience in commercial real estate design, development and management. Most recently, Michelle has provided real estate support and lease administration for the global commercial operations of a number of industry-leading companies, including Apple Computer, Expedia and OpenTV, Inc.

Prior to starting MZS Consulting, Michelle spent six years as a real estate and construction manager for Apple Computer, Inc. She managed projects across the United States through all phases, from initial conception through lease negotiation, construction and move coordination. She also was a project manager and leasing specialist for a local real estate development company specializing in historic rehab.

Michelle’s educational background underscores her capacity in multiple facets of business-oriented real estate management. On the design and development side, she earned a Masters in Landscape Architecture from Harvard University and received her Masters in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. In addition, Michelle is a licensed commercial real estate broker in the state of California and is certified as a LEED Green Associate.
